Daly River Barra Resort is commited to providing the best customer service that we can.

We will endevor to process each enquiry as quickly and completely as possible.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION OR BOOKING – You reservation or booking is confirmed when you pay your deposit, the deposit is the cost of the first nights accommodation, and or 50% of the first days Fishing Charter. This can be done by contacting us directly on 08 89781193. Bookings will only be tenitivly held for 48 hrs without a deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY – All booking cancelled within 48 hrs of the arrival date forfeit the entire amount, all bookings cancelled or changed outside 7 days of the arrival date forfit a $50 cancellation change of date fee.

REFUND POLICY – refering to the cancellation policy, refunds will be processed in accordance or the original payment method eg. If paid on a credit card the refund will be made to the same credit card.

By booking at Daly River Barra Resort you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions :

Customer will be required to provide a credit card on check in to cover any damage or incidental charges.

Customer will provide photo ID on check in.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Direct Deposits, Visa and Mastercard,
Contact us directly if you wish to use internet banking and make a direct deposit, as we require an invoice # and other information,
We prefer that you give us your credit card details personally over the telephone and not over the internet, although we do use up to date security technology to protect your information.
